Shipping policy and information
our candles are all made to order so that each individual candle will receive the best possible attention for the best quality. we may have in-stock candles although some orders may take up to a week to process. we will try to ship out as soon as possible. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or US holidays.
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out-of-stock or backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket within ten business days of placing your order.
Backorders & Cancellations
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered within ten business days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment.
In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, email email@example.com.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
